Where service takes centre stage

The premier ‘hot kitchen’ competition where New Zealand’s top chefs, waiters, sommeliers, baristas, butchers, and restaurants compete for coveted national titles. Last year the event moved from Hall 5 to the heart of HospitalityNZ in Hall 2 to become a real centrepiece of the show with great results. A genuinely unique drawcard, NZ Culinary Fare helps pull in excited crowds. No registration is necessary to visit the Culinary Fare as it is a free public event.
